This license requires a Qualified Person in Charge (QI) with 3 years’ experience, verification needed, specific experience in residential mortgage lending/brokering activities (includes: origination, processing, quality control, compliance, secondary marketing, wholesale, underwriting.) Verification by means of license specific resume with detailed job description and/or duties performed, showing evidence and experience in the industry the company is applying for.
